  • Shopify/TTS Syncing and Integration: Sync current shopify account/website with TTS. Ensure that items are synced as well as all shipping fulfillment. Sync using SILK connector (SUGGESTED) or  SKU IQ, COMMENTSold. Ensure the website and TTS are working seamlessly together. 

  • TTS Health/Set Up Check: Go through step by step to ensure that TTS is set up properly. This includes registration (correct business credentials), shop set up ( TTS side only) , warehouse set up, ensuring payment details are correct,

  •   Day to Day Check Up: Ensure the shop is in good health. Check on violations, shipping notifications,  customer communications, monitor fraud ( ie from customers), TTS compliance, manage accuracy of payouts and cancellations. This also includes troubleshooting any issues that could potentially arise.

  • Troubleshooting/On Call: One off problems/troubleshooting issues as needed by the shop owner.

  • Social Media Strategy Development: 
  • Develop and implement a TTS strategy aligned with the overall marketing objectives discussed for brand. Also, identify target audiences, and KPIs to measure success.


  • Content Creation and Management: 
  • Create engaging and relevant content for TTS, including written posts, images, videos, and other multimedia formats. Develop a content calendar ( in conjunction with movie/show releases/pop culture reference dates) and ensure a consistent posting schedule. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to source content and stay updated with industry trends.


  • Affiliate Marketing Program Expansion:
  • -Develop and execute the overall strategy and structure of the affiliate marketing program. Set program goals, commission structures, and performance benchmarks. Create program guidelines, policies, and promotional materials for affiliates.


    -Nurture relationships with affiliates to foster engagement and drive performance. Provide ongoing support, communication, and training to affiliates. Address their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly. Build strong rapport and act as a point of contact for affiliates.


    -Identify and recruit potential affiliates, such as bloggers, influencers, content creators, and website owners, who align with the company's target audience and brand values. Establish partnerships, negotiate terms, and onboard affiliates into the program.


  • Compliance and Fraud Monitoring: 
  • Monitor affiliate activities to ensure compliance with program policies, guidelines, and legal requirements. Identify and address potential fraudulent or unethical practices. Take appropriate actions, such as terminating partnerships or implementing additional security measures.


  • Overall TTS Health Management:
  • Work with customer support to ensure TTS is operating at its best capacity. Troubleshoot violations, and stay ahead of changing protocols and rules


  • Community Engagement and Management: 
  • Build and nurture a vibrant online TTS community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns. Foster positive relationships with followers and influencers, and monitor online conversations to maintain a positive brand image.


  • Social Media Advertising: 
  • Plan, execute, and optimize social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences and achieve specific marketing objectives. Utilize targeting options, create compelling ad content, and monitor campaign performance to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).


  • Analytics and Reporting: 
  • Track, analyze, and report on key metrics and campaign performance. Use analytics tools to gain insights into audience behavior, campaign effectiveness, and content performance. Make data-driven recommendations for strategy improvements and optimizations.
